Slippage Compensation and Movement Analysis of Carry Back Mechanism of the Care Bed Combined with Bed and Chair

Aiming at the comfortable and practical Nail Fungicides demand of intelligent multifunctional care beds,a new multifunctional care bed is designed and developed.To simplify the mechanism and avoid the interference of the carry back mechanism and the bed-chair mechanism,a new motor used to rotate the backrest is adopted to replace the traditional electric push-rod.The simulation analysis of the carry back mechanism is carried out with the ergonomics simulation software,the torque variation law of the new motor and the slippage of Handrail End Cap the back of the human body relative to the backrest during carry back motion are determined.Three kinds of slippage compensation programs are discussed and analyzed and an experimental prototype is made to test feasibility.
